SingleKey is a working to revolutionize the rental space by offering solutions for landlords with small portfolios to large portfolios, real estate agents and property managers to help offer modern solutions to the renting process.

JOB SUMMARY

SingleKey is looking to hire a new Customer Success Associate in Toronto, Ontario. As the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, this role is critical to SingleKey’s brand and overall growth. In this role you will be responsible for building a relationship between SingleKey and the customer while also educating prospective customers on how SingleKey’s resources and tools can help them. The Customer Success Associate is a critical role which advocates for customers and communicates feature requests, bugs, and other suggestions to the product and development teams. While you will be working in a team, we are looking for an individual who is driven and can set and achieve their own goals. Within this role, there is a lot of responsibility so having the ability to multitask is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve inbound requests and customer complaints
  • Maintain relationships with customers and onboard new customers onto the SingleKey platform
  • Introduce customers to products they currently do not interact with
  • Promote new features and product updates to customers as appropriate
  • Support the sales team by identifying and referring qualified leads to Sales
  • Test new features and product updates with customers
  • Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to the product team via feature requests and bugs
  • Collaborate in a team setting to improve products and services
  • Be attentive to customer needs
  • Ability to handle occasional spikes in workload during peak times
APPLICANT SKILLS

  • Looking for someone with a university or college degree, or at least 2-3 years experience in a customer facing role or administrative role.
  • Experienced speaking with customers, triaging requests, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong adaptability and patience when faced with a challenge.
  • Knowledge and competence in the major elements of inside sales including upselling, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to remain on track to meeting goals and expectations.
  • Experience with Customer Success tools such as FreshDesk, Drift, Aircall, Notion, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience with productivity management tools such as Asana, Trello, G-Suite, etc.
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Self motivated and independent individual with strong problem solving skills
  • Any experience in the Canadian and/or US real estate market is a big plus.
  • Positive attitude and someone who can thrive in both a team work environment but can also achieve their goals independently.

TERM & COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.

Salary: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour


Compensation

$39,000.00 - $50,000.00
